ABOUT ME

Since graduating from Kings' College London in 2012 with a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition and Dietetics, I have worked as a dietitian within the NHS. My roles have been varied and have included the provision of nutritional therapy on medical and surgical inpatient wards and critical care, enteral and parenteral nutrition, general and specialist outpatient clinics and group education sessions. I have also been involved in service development, co-writing protocols and developing diet sheets to ensure client care is to the highest quality.

Six years of clinical experience, study days and the completion of additional courses, has provided me with the nutritional expertise and behaviour change skills to help manage symptoms associated with a variety of clinical conditions. I have worked extensively with clients requiring advice for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), liver disease, coeliac disease and dietary intolerances, and I have significant experience advising on weight management, nutrition support, vegetarian and vegan diets, and general healthy eating.
